Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid EU shipping label provided by our system.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the fragrances in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
